Cancellation Policy Details

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made before the dispatch of order from our Medicine Hub. If refund is approved, the amount will be processed via the original payment mode within 5 business days.
  • Refund Information:
    • Case 1: If medicines have not been prepared, a full refund will be issued.
    • Case 2: If medicines have already been prepared, only 33% will be refunded and 67% will be non-refundable.
  • Fees: If the registration number has not been issued, ₹200 will be fully refunded. No refund will be applicable once the registration number is issued.
